For Christians: Leading them into the fullness of the Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 4:11-15 and Colossians 1:9-14, 28 & 29) by equipping and enabling them to demonstrate the credibility of Christian faith and character.

For Non-Christians: Demonstrating the love of God (through various programmes of Education, Health, Social Welfare, Rural Development and Poverty-alleviation) so that they may taste this love and accept Jesus Christ as their Personal Lord and Saviour (Ephesians 2:13 & 3:6).
